Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Camello is operated by Eldrin AI LLC, a United States company. Camello is a product name.

For the lawyer to write

  • Registered address and contact email for privacy requests.
  • Whether a data protection officer is named.

2. What we store about you

Your email, name and password hash (for sign-in). Your account's plan and billing status; card details never reach Camello, they stay with Stripe.

For each site: its domain, platform, time zone, language, the brand kit and interview answers you confirmed, the searches and questions you track, measurements (rankings, AI answers, Search Console rows when connected), the changes proposed, applied and scored, drafts, and a log of the emails we sent you.

For a connected Search Console: an encrypted token, decrypted only inside the job that uses it, never logged.

For the free site check: the URL you entered, the email you gave, and the report.

For the lawyer to write

  • Legal bases per category (contract, legitimate interest, consent).
  • Retention periods beyond the seven-day deletion grace.

3. What we do with it

Measure your site, propose changes, send you the emails you asked for, and bill the plan you chose.

Across customers we only use aggregates that cannot identify a site (which kinds of changes tend to work for which kinds of businesses). You can turn this off per account.

We never sell data, never send outreach on your behalf, never publish anything without your click.

  • Wording of the pooled-learning opt-out and the aggregate definition.

4. Who else sees it

Processors we use to run the product: database hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the search and AI-answer providers we query on your behalf (queries carry your tracked searches, never your account).

For the lawyer to write

  • Named list of processors with locations and their agreements.
  • International transfer wording.

5. Your choices

Export everything as JSON from the account page at any time. Delete a site at once; delete the account after a seven-day grace period you can cancel.

Turn off activity and summary emails from any email footer or the account page. Emails about your account and about a change that did not go live cannot be turned off while the account exists.

  • Rights wording by jurisdiction (US states, GDPR, Colombia Law 1581) and how to exercise them.

6. Cookies

A session cookie signs you in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Confirm the list after launch and whether a banner is required where we operate.

7. Changes to this policy

For the lawyer to write

  • Notice period and how changes are communicated (email to account owners).
