Terms of service
Draft structure, 2026-10-17. Reviewed version pending.
Draft structure. The clauses marked for the lawyer are not legal text yet and nothing on this page is binding until Eldrin AI LLC publishes the reviewed version.
1. Who you are dealing with
These terms are between you and Eldrin AI LLC, which operates Camello.
For the lawyer to write
- Entity details, governing law and venue.
2. What Camello does
Camello measures your website's visibility in Google and in AI answer engines, proposes specific changes with the measurement behind each, and, when you click Apply, writes that change into your site through the connected plugin or platform. It reads the change back, measures it over a stated window, and reports one of four results: it worked, no effect we could see, too early to say, or it hurt.
Camello also drafts content in your voice for you to review and publish yourself, and sends you emails about these events.
3. What Camello does not do
It does not publish, edit or delete anything on your site without your click. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, AI mentions or revenue. It does not send messages to anyone on your behalf. It does not invent results: every number names its source and window.
4. Your responsibilities
You own or are authorised to change the site you connect. You review a change before applying it and a draft before publishing it. You keep your login and your plugin key private.
For the lawyer to write
- Acceptable use clause.
- Accuracy of the business facts you give in the interview (they appear in drafts).
5. Changes to your site and undo
Every applied change stores the previous value and can be undone from Camello at any time. A change may fail to appear because of caching or another plugin; Camello tells you and does nothing further.
For the lawyer to write
- Allocation of responsibility for a change you applied and later consider harmful, given undo is available.
- Responsibility for third-party plugins and caches outside Camello's control.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Free, Starter ($24 a month or $240 a year) and Pro ($49 a month or $490 a year), per site, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the paid plan runs to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free. Each plan has a monthly measurement budget; when a site reaches it, checks pause until the next month.
For the lawyer to write
- Refund policy.
- Price change notice.
- Taxes.
7. Your data
Your data is yours. You can export it as JSON at any time and delete a site at once or the account after a seven-day grace period. The privacy policy says what we store and why.
8. Liability
For the lawyer to write
- Service provided as is; no warranty of results (rankings, traffic, AI mentions, revenue).
- Cap on liability (proposal: fees paid in the previous twelve months).
- Exclusion of indirect and consequential loss.
- Carve-outs required by law.
- Indemnity for content you publish from a draft after your own review.
9. Termination
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting the account. We may suspend an account that attacks the service or others.
For the lawyer to write
- Notice and cure wording for suspension by Eldrin AI LLC.
10. Changes to these terms
For the lawyer to write
- Notice period and how changes are communicated.
Operating entity: Eldrin AI LLC (D-S3). Camello is a product name, not a company.
